Vice Chief AA Leadership Opportunity HCA Florida Brandon Hospital!

Envision is seeking a qualified AA with strong leadership skills to join our team at HCA Florida Brandon Hospital in Brandon, FL. HCA Florida Brandon Hospital is a 410-bed facility that draws patients from throughout Hillsborough County and beyond and offers emergency room, obstetrical, and emergency surgical services round-the-clock, as well as same-day surgery services and also has Center-of-Excellence designation for spine and bariatric surgery. The hospital has an active cardiothoracic surgery and interventional program, GI and pulmonary endoscopy program, and a neonatal intensive care unit.

The Vice Chief AA duties will include but are not limited to:

-Scheduling

-Staff development

-Assist with recruitment efforts, interviewing, attend recruiting events

-Liaison with hospital leaders

-Serve as a clinical resource within the department and hospital

-Participate in leadership and development activities

-Assist Chief AA with performance reviews

-Orientation and onboarding of new hires

-No weekday call, 8-10 weekend call shifts per year

-Base salary $185K-$205K based on experience, hourly employees

-Overtime opportunities available if desired – 1.5X rate 40+ hours/week
